I was commissioned by Page Street Publishing to create the cover illustration for I, in the Shadows, a YA horror novel by Tori Bovalino. The art direction called for capturing a tense, intimate moment between Drew, the protagonist, and Liam, the ghost haunting her new bedroom. This image reflects the heart of the story: Drew’s determination to help Liam resolve his regrets before he fades away, all while a sinister presence (known only as the Watcher) closes in.
